Corporate governance refers to the structure, management, and control of an organization. The Board of Directors and General Management at Colombo Capital are primarily in charge of corporate governance. The Board of Directors, which is made up of people from a variety of backgrounds, makes sure that the highest standards of corporate governance are upheld and bases its decisions on the requirements outlined in the ROC and the global Corporate Governance Code of Listed Corporations. The Board establishes the company's strategic direction, ensures that internal control procedures are followed, and monitors the accuracy of the information given to investors and the financial markets.
