NALANDA COLLEGE OBA SPORTS CLUB GETS A DONATION FROM COLOMBO CAPITAL

COLOMBO CAPITAL has generously donated 1.3 million rupees to support the development of the water polo program for 2025. The managing director, Mr. Neranjan De Silva, an alumnus of Nalanda College, presented the cheque to the college principal. This marks the second consecutive year that Colombo Capital has made a significant contribution, following last year's donation of over 800,000 rupees, which also included air tickets provided by Find My Fare, a portfolio company of Colombo Capital. This continued support underscores Colombo Capital's commitment to enhancing sports and opportunities for youth development at Nalanda College.

This initiative is expected to enhance the water polo program, providing students with better training facilities and opportunities to excel in the sport. Mr. De Silva's commitment to giving back to his alma mater underscores the importance of community involvement in fostering sports and education.
